Royal jelly is harvested from a selected population of honeycomb cells, and it contains minerals and vitamins plus lipids and carbohydrates to maintain energy. Propolis extract and Ginseng are full of nutrients to provide you the energy you need.

Take 1 dose in the morning, preferably with breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml).
